TYPES OF TRUSS
The simplest way to distinguish an aluminum trussing system is by the number of its main tubes.
Single Tube Truss:
Typically used as bracing, connecting, and supporting elements to larger trussing segments/structures or as basic rods for hanging smaller lights, speakers, and other equipment.
2-Tube Truss:
Also called double or ladder truss, 2-tube truss is often applied in theaters as support for curtains, lights, and other equipment. 2-tube truss is also popular in trade shows and exhibitions for lighter weight stand assemblies.
3-Tube Truss
Also known as triangle, tripod or triangle trussing, 3-tube truss carries a great variety of corners and is popular with designers and architects for its cool look, light weight, and decent loading abilities. The 3-tube truss is usually used for smaller frames, creating banners, projection screens and as decorative items in many locations.
4-Tube Truss
The most popular truss in the event industry, also called a box truss or square profile truss. It is the most rigid trussing system with a huge variety of applications- from small installs to heavy load bearing truss supports and roof systems.
Truss Material:
Aluminum Alloy 6061-T6/Aluminum Alloy 6082-T6
